Friday, December 8, 2023, has been designated as an Early Dismissal Day for students, faculty, and staff for the Veterans Memorial ECHS Chargers State Semi-Finals Championship Football Game that will take place in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Early Dismissal Schedule:
All employees will be allowed to follow an Early Dismissal Schedule on that date. However, the hours must be made up by 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 8, 2023.
Please note that all employees must complete 40 hours before the early dismissal on Friday, December 8, 2023. If the 40-hour work week is not worked by employees, the employee will be docked for time not worked.
Employees who work in Administration Buildings will be released at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 8, 2023. Employees must work straight through 1 p.m.
Attire:
Administration has allowed all employees (faculty and staff) to wear jeans all week if following the below supportive attire. We encourage employees to support our Chargers by wearing the following colors:
*Blue jeans permitted and must be suitable for an office setting; torn, worn out, low rising,
faded or tight fitting jeans are not allowed.
